Shipping policy

Processing time. Each bottle is made to order. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping time. After processing, standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. Most orders arrive within 5-9 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates. Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the continental United States only. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses at this time.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or damaged. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact support@gethushwell.com within 14 days and we'll help resolve it.
