Where are your products made?
Hushwell Sleep Support is made in the United States in a facility that follows current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

How do I use Hushwell Sleep Support?
Take two (2) capsules 20–30 minutes before bed with an 8oz glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare provider. We recommend making it part of a consistent evening routine.
How long does one bottle last?
Each bottle contains 60 capsules — a 30-day supply at two capsules per night.
When will I feel a difference?
Everyone is different. Many people like to make Hushwell part of a nightly ritual and give it a couple of weeks of consistent use. Our products are intended to support relaxation and a healthy wind-down routine.*
Can I take Hushwell with other supplements or medications?
Please talk to your healthcare provider first. This formula contains St. John's Wort and 5-HTP, which may interact with antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs), birth control pills and other hormonal contraceptives, blood thinners such as warfarin, HIV and antiretroviral medication, and migraine medication (triptans). What's in it?
The full ingredient list is shown on the product page and on the label. Hushwell Sleep Support combines magnesium citrate, vitamin B6 and melatonin with a proprietary blend of calming ingredients including chamomile, passion flower, lemon balm, hops, L-theanine, GABA and ashwagandha.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses at this time.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
Each bottle is made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing. After that, standard shipping typically takes 2–4 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

You get Hushwell Sleep Support delivered every 4 weeks — one bottle, 30 nights — for $24.90 instead of $29.90. Because it renews every 4 weeks rather than on a calendar month, that comes to 13 deliveries a year. You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel anytime from your account, with no email or phone call required. We'll email you before each renewal, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
